Hello everyone! Today I have for you a quick post, just because I made this card back in December and vaguely remember how I made it. I definitely know I was searching the internet to find how to make the galaxy background. After finding few tips, I eventually did my own thing. I blended Distress ink in blue, pink, purple, little bit of yellow and of course black. Once it was dry I used white acrylic paint and sprinkled little drops across to represent the stars. I put it aside and worked on the monsters, this is the stamp set “Out Of This World” from Clearly Besotted. I actually had a different ideal but then realized the A6 card is too small and decided this design. Just stamped all the images from the stamp set on apiece of card stock and coloured them with cheap colouring pencils. That time I didn’t have Farbel-Castel or Prisma colours. Once all the images were coloured I used the coordinating dies and die-cut all the images. Before I adhered them to the card I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set saying “have a monster birthday”. I stamped it using Versamark ink and heat embossed it using white embossing powder. Then I adhered the die-cut images using a fun foam. I saw other card maker put the monsters on top of each other and I thought that was such a great idea, especially because I wanted to use all the images. That’s it for this week thank you for stopping by. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to drop me a line. Have a lovely day, a fantastic rest of the week! Card & Paper
