Underwater Scene Card - Using The Cloud Stencil and Ocean Fun Stamp Set From MFT And Distress Inks13/6/2018 Hello everyone!
Today I have for you a card with an underwater scene, creating the sea with distress inks and the cloud stencil from MFT. I believe MFT has now a stencil with actual waves. I don’t think it’s really needed to have the stencil for the waves, at least not on this card. You can just use the distress inks an blend them together, without the stencil. The stamp set I used here is also from MFT and it’s the "Ocean Fun" stamp set.

After trying to edit for past two weeks, I finally finished my video for this card. I’m pencil colouring again, this time I’m using the Prisma colouring pencils.
I say in the video that it’s from Premier, but I think this is not the brand, I think it’s Sanford. So sorry for that. Hello everyone!
Today I have for you a card that I coloured with Faber-Castell Polychromos. I have so many flower stamp set that are laying in my stash and I just need to start using them. The problem is (except of the fact that I don’t have much time) is that I’m little bit intimidated by pencil colouring. I’m still a beginner, not just using colouring pencils, but colouring in general. I never did any colouring prior card making and I haven’t been a card maker for very long time. And only last year I purchased the Polychromos and Prismas. So I have’t been colouring for too long and often I don’t feel comfortable sharing cards where I colour, especially using colouring pencils. Hello everyone!
Today I have for you a fun card with air balloons flying in a cloudy sky. For the Air Balloons I used the stamp set “Up In The Air” from Clearly Besotted, I bought it last summer, but until I saw the Cloud stencil from MFT, I didn’t know what to do with the stamp set, well actually I knew, but the stencil brought it all together. Hello everyone! I don’t really have posting schedule, but I like to post every week on Tuesday or Wednesday and upload videos to my YouTube Channel at least once a month, preferably twice. So if you don’t see anything from me by the end of Wednesday, that means there is not gonna be a post from me. Why I’m saying this? Last week, I was ready to write a new blog post, only to find that I have no cards to share. Oops. But I’m back this week with not only a blog post but also a video. I made a Father’s Day card, this one was fun to make, since I was making very colourful card. I mentioned in the video, that my first Father’s Day card, hat a quite a vintage look, and when my dad got it - he liked it, but said it’s missing a little bit of colour. So since then, I’m trying to bring little bit more colour for the cards for my dad. The card you see here, is exactly what I had in mind Using Clearly Besotted Stamps & Zig Clean MarkersHello everyone! So the plan uploading one card every week is not working out well, not because I didn’t have anything to post, but don’t have really time to write and edit. Anyway. Today I have for you a blog post with a video. I was using two products I had troubles, how to use them and decided to make a video. First of the products is the stamp set from Clearly Besotted, “To You With Love”. I really like it, don't get me wrong, but I just thought the rose was bigger and would take most of the centre of the card, so the plans I had for it were little bit different and I put it aside and sort of forgot about it. Hello everyone!
Today I have for you a very simple one layer card that I coloured using inexpensive colouring pencils. |
